At Vineengineers, we are committed to the highest standards of quality. We understand that delivering on quality is the foundation of a long-term client relationship and sustained business growth. We are updated on the various industry prescribed codes and standards and strive to always deliver world class work. We keep ourselves well aware of codes and standards laid under ASME, ASTM & BIS. Our office is equipped with hard copies of relevant codes like ASME Sec V, ASME Sec VIII, ASME Sec IX, Process Piping Codes 31.1 and 31.3, NBC Code for Fire Installations and Practices, API 650, IS 803, IS 10987 and various IS Codes for Steels and Structures, welding etc., and a Perry’s Handbook, which we refer to every once in a while. We do not compromise on the quality of Raw Material and insist on TCs for all possible major procurement. Our Customers’ satisfaction is of utmost importance to us.
Our fabrication shop is ISO 9001:2015 certified.
We have a QAP in place and rigorous QC is carried out throughout the fabrication process.
Safety, Health and Environment Policy
Our people are our biggest asset, and their safety is of utmost importance to us. It is our standard practice to provide safety shoes, safety harness, helmets, hand gloves and face shields to our workers for protection against unforeseen incidents inside the factory and at work sites. We conduct periodical training to educate our workers about the importance of safety measures while working at a Heavy Fabrication Site.
We are committed to contain the environmental pollution to the least possible. In order to conserve the environment, Sandblasting is prohibited in our premises. We only use Shot and Grit blasting techniques in a State-of-the-Art Shot & Grit Blasting Chamber to prevent discharge of suspended harmful particles in air. Similarly, for conservation of environment and to prevent health hazards to our workers, the company has invested in constructing a Painting Booth facility with exhaust system in the workshop for suction of hazardous contents suspended in paint fumes.
Our shop is equipped with Fire Extinguishers and Fire Alarm System. The Office has a Fire Exit while the workshop has multiple shutters to disperse in case of an unlikely event of fire.
