Industrial IBR/ NIBR Piping – Fabrication & Erection
We have an extensive experience of executing underground and aboveground Piping projects involving Fabrication and Erection of IBR/ NIBR Pipelines in CS & SS, Process Piping for Chemical, Power, Cement, Mining, Pharmaceuticals and Steel Industry, including fabrication of Piperacks. We have executed piping projects for upto 1200 mm Dia Pipes.
We have been prominently engaged in Industrial Piping works for more than 20 years and have served reputed clients and projects like Vedanta - Jharsuguda, BALCO - Korba, Reliance Refinery - Jamnagar, Maratha Cement Works – Chandrapur, Ambuja Cements - Ropar, Bhatapara, Rabriyawas, Kodinar, Darlaghat; Adani Power – Tiroda, L&T Steels – Surat, Khaparkheda Thermal Power Station, APGENCO Krishnapatnam - through Tata Projects; NTPC Ramagundam - through Tata Projects; MPPGCL Tiroda, Bhilai Steel Plant through Shapoorji Pallonji, McNally Bharat Engineering, Hindustan Dorr Oliver – Jharsuguda, SAIL, Indorama Synthetics - Butibori, Morarjee Textiles - Butibori (Ashok Piramal Group Company), SEPCO Electric Power Construction Corp, EMCO Energy, GMR Energy.
At L&T Special Steels and Heavy Forgings Pvt. Ltd., Hazira - which is India's largest integrated steel making and forging facility, we executed Complete Process Piping and related Racks, Gantries Fabrication & Erection. We executed IBR Steam Piping, Nitrogen Gas Piping, Argon Gas Piping, Compressed Air Piping, Oxygen Gas Piping, Natural Gas Piping, Cooling Water, Drinking Water & Service Water Piping. We also did erection, testing and commissioning of huge Pump House & Suction/ discharge pipelines. At this site we had executed a cumulative of around 1.25 Lakhs inch mtr piping with around 80,000 inch dia of welding of pipes of various dia upto 1200mm.
We have a strong team of site engineers, supervisors, quality & safety controllers and Tools & Plant including Scaffoldings, Cranes with 42 Mtr boom for handling material upto 50 MT, Farana Cranes and Hydras, DG Sets, Air Screw Compressors, Trucks for internal material movement, staff vehicles, porta-cabin for site office etc.
